About Dragon Mystic

I fell in love with dragons when I read Tea With the Black Dragon, and never looked back. Not the clunky winged Medieval dragons that ate cows, the graceful Asian dragons that could fly without wings. Later I discovered the elegant Welsh dragons, red and white, as described by R.J. Stewart in his books on the historical Merlin.

Very informative In purchasing a new water dragon as a Christmas present for the kids, I quickly realized there was little on the internet for good information on the little guys except for a single woman’s experience over fifteen years with her three animals. I realized the extreme bias and lack of wide-expertise and questioned her knowledge after reading about the amount of trial-and-error and vet trips required to give her this expertise. I knew I had to seek out another source of information.Enter this book – the author has raised hundreds of water dragons and makes them his life. He has pictures, a wealth of knowledge, and many interesting points that seem contradictory to some of the internet facts. After initially following the advice from Tricia’s site on water dragons, I had a little herp that hid in the cool shade all day. Once I read this book and adjusted his temperature to these recommendations, he is basking and very active all day now.If you want a true professional explaining and teaching about your new pet, please check out this book instead of the top google site. It will be to the benefit of you and your pet!
